Write a prompt for a better first draft
The five things to include in a prompt, with before and after examples, so your first generated deck needs less editing.

A vague prompt gets a generic deck. Not because the AI is lazy, but because it has to guess. Every detail you add removes a guess, and every removed guess saves you an edit later.
The five ingredients
- Topic and angle: not just the subject, but the point you want to make about it.
- Audience: who is in the room and what they already know.
- Goal: the decision, action, or takeaway you want at the end.
- Facts and figures: the numbers, names, and dates you want on the slides.
- Must cover points: sections or arguments that cannot be left out.
Before and after
The second prompt gives the model an audience, an objection to answer, real numbers, and a clear ask. The outline it produces will need far fewer changes.
Have a document already?
Skip the prompt. Paste your notes or import a PDF, Word file, or URL, and ViziSlides builds the outline from your own words. Your source stays the single place facts come from.
