Writing prompts
The prompt decides what the deck says. A few sentences of context make the outline far sharper than a bare topic.
What to include
Topic and angle
Not just the subject, but the point you want to make about it.
Audience
Who is in the room and what they already know.
Goal
The decision, action, or takeaway you want at the end.
Facts and figures
Numbers, names, and dates you want on the slides. Only figures you provide are shown.
Must cover points
Sections or arguments that cannot be left out.

Leave these out of the prompt
Slide count, tone (Professional, Conversational, Technical), and language have their own controls next to the prompt. Colors, fonts, and layouts come from the theme and the layout engine, so asking for "blue slides" or "a timeline on slide 5" in the prompt has no effect.

Using your own content
When you already have the material, bring it in directly instead of describing it in a prompt.
Paste in text
Notes, an outline, or a draft. Default and Follow outline keep your words and structure. Executive briefing condenses them into fewer, sharper slides.
Import a file or URL
Upload PDF, DOCX, DOC, TXT, or MD, or point to a public URL. The copy is extracted and condensed into an outline you can edit.
Write figures as label and value
Lines like Revenue: $4.2M turn into stat and chart slides. Numbers that are not in your source are dropped, never invented.

Shaping the outline
The outline is a contract: what you approve is what the deck shows. Edit it before you generate, since changes here cost nothing.
Each beat is one slide
Reorder by dragging, add a beat where the story has a gap, delete the ones you would skip when presenting.
Bullet count sets how many items a slide holds
Four bullets on a beat become four cards or four points. Every bullet you approve reaches the slide.
Text density sets how long each item is
Minimal, Concise, Detailed, or Extensive. It changes the wording, not the number of items.
Slide one is your cover
It is built from the deck title and the one line summary under it. Edit those to change the cover.
Theme
Pick from 63 themes grouped as Light, Dark, Warm, Cool, and Bold. The theme owns colors and fonts on every slide, and you can switch it in the editor at any time for free.

- AI images. Generated per slide. Plus and up, 4 credits each.
- Web images. Free stock photos matched to the topic.
- Placeholders. Empty slots you fill in the editor.
- No images. Text only layouts.

You never pick layouts while generating. ViziSlides reads the shape of each beat and chooses from more than 100 layouts, keeping neighbouring slides varied. Write content in the right shape to steer it.

Editing and delivering
Every slide stays editable after generation. Start with direct edits, and use AI when a whole slide needs rework.
Edit directly
Click any text to type, replace and reposition images, reorder slides, and change layout or theme. Changes save automatically and never cost credits.
Edit a slide with AI
Open the Agent chat or the wand on any slide. Describe the change in your own words, name a slide like “slide 4”, or use a quick action. The assistant tells you what it changed. Any plan, 5 credits per message.
Present, share, export
Present full screen from the editor or share a view link on any plan. Export to PowerPoint, PDF, or a copy in Google Slides on Plus and up. Exports keep the theme and layout you see.
