The outline is the presentation
Great decks are decided before the first slide exists. Why ViziSlides makes the outline free, and how to use it well.

Ask a great presenter how they build a talk and almost none of them start in slide software. They start on paper, with the sequence of ideas. The slides come last, as a way to show what has already been decided.
That is why every ViziSlides deck starts as an outline, and why the outline costs nothing. You can rewrite it as many times as you like before spending a single credit on slides.
One beat, one slide
Each line in the outline is a beat: one idea your audience should walk away with. If a beat needs a paragraph to explain, it is probably two beats. If two beats say the same thing, merge them.
A quick test for a strong outline
- Read only the beat titles, top to bottom. Do they tell the whole story on their own?
- Does the first beat say why the audience should care?
- Does every beat earn its place, or could you cut it without losing the argument?
- Does the last beat ask for something: a decision, an action, a next step?
If the titles alone tell the story, the slides will too.
Then choose the look
Once the story holds, pick a theme, a text density, and an image source on the same screen. Detailed or Extensive works for reading decks you send ahead. Minimal or Concise works for decks you present live, where you are the one doing the talking.
